Four Star Homes Realty opened its first office in Port Orange in 1986 with a hunch: that the manufactured-home market in Florida deserved a specialist brokerage, not a side-desk at a general agency. Forty years later, that hunch has turned into eighteen offices, more than seventy active agents, and one of the deepest community-by-community knowledge bases in the state.
We have intentionally stayed in one lane. We don't list waterfront mansions or pre-construction condos. We list the homes most Floridians actually live in — and we list them well.
We don't dabble. Every one of our agents trains on manufactured-home titling, lot rent contracts, park residency requirements, and the specific financing landscape — because that is all we do.
